Weight Loss Goals
1. Lose 8 pounds a month for the next 9 months; April through December:
- April: WI at -7.8 lbs total on 4/28 (started one week into the month)
2. Lose 5 lbs: WI at -7.2 lbs total on 4/21, got my 5 lb star!
3. Lose 10 lbs: WI at -11 lbs total on 5/5, got another 5 lb star!
4. WW goal: 5% (12 lbs) weight loss. This is based on my starting WW weight of 235.4 lbs; Target date to 223.4 lbs; May 19th. Made it May 12th, one week early!
5. WW goal: 10% (23 lbs) weight loss. This is based on my starting WW weight of 235.4 lbs; Target date to 212.4 lbs; June 30th.
6. Short Term Goal: Lose 35.4 lbs by July 30th to get below 200 lbs for The Warrior Dash. That’s an average of 2 lbs a week for 16 weeks. On Track so far!
7. Long Term Goal: Lose approximately 75.4 lbs by December 31st to start 2012 at my final goal weight of about 160 lbs. Once again, an average of 2 lbs a week for the rest of the year! So far, so good!
