Lobster & Crab Quiche

Several people asked for this recipe so I though I’d post it here!  I used imitation Crab & Lobster because it was a lot cheaper, but would probably taste a lot better with the real thing.


1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust

3 oz Crab Meat

3 oz Lobster Meat

1/2 c Fried Onion Rings

1 c Shredded Cheddar

8 oz Sour Cream

3 Eggs


Spread meat, onions, and cheese in crust.

Beat eggs and fold in sour cream.

Pour over ingredients in crust.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
