how can you hate on pointy stilettos???
that’s not right.
ha, ha, ha…the reese’s comment made me laugh out loud. i think i am pretty scarred from your experience as well! and i am TOTALLY feeling you on most things you listed, but the one i truly and completely agree with (with every drop of blood coursing its way through my body) is those &*^$E&$* skinny jeans. and, come on, why the &^*%(^%%$ can’t i buy a decent pair of anything (jeans, shorts, capris, dress pants) that aren’t “low rise.” isn’t that ^&*^*&^ supposed to go out of fashion or something? man. bring back normal pants please…my belly is sick of being a muffin top. thank you for giving me a venue in which i could vent my life’s current frustration. for this i love you. well, and for other reasons too. (and sorry that you always had to wait for me to make up my mind when making important life decisions, like where to eat, which movie to see, what we wanted to do on friday night, etc.
Gosh, I love my friends! You all make me smile!
D
i did not know you were not a coffee drinker. i guess that makes us the two non-coffee drinkers at riverview.
oh, and did the maggots in the reeses thing happen??? i know a stored product forensic entomologist…
Yep, I hate coffee… and YEP, the reese’s thing really did happen. Someday I’ll have to tell you the story, it’s a nasty one!
I was pleased to observe that there are significantly more items on my list of things I love in comparison to the list of things I hate. Reflects my positive thinking, wouldn’t you say? ;o)
ok wait, we always read (past tense, well i still do
celebrity gossip…how can you hate celebrities…they are a great source of amusement. (although i hope trainwreck britney turns back into a normal person, and soon!)…and Taco Bell? why did we go in San Clemente then??? I thought it was McDonald’s that you hated…but sometimes Jo and I overruled you…ha! Ahhhh, the good ole days
The ratio of the amount that celebrities amuse me to the amount that I despise then has changed over the years (don’t get me wrong, I still read the mags on a slow day at the salon)! I just get so sick of the fact that they are practically taking over the world, it’s like they are the headline news no matter what else is going on.
Taco Bell… hmmm… I was young and stupid back then. My poor little stomach just can’t take it any longer. I just don’t do fast food anymore.
yeah, i know what you mean. i haven’t had taco bell in years. i am now addicted to zaxby’s chicken … YUM. if/when you visit, we will have to go there and get our spice on!
Two things on your list made me laugh. First, broccoli. Because I remember to this day that one time I was steaming some broccoli for dinner, and you and Jill came home and both scrunched up your noses and asked, who’s cooking broccoli? I had no idea that both of you hated broccoli. Second, the maggots comment, because I remember that story too. Classic Juleen.:)
